Guest Speaker Form

Guest Speaker Tracking Form

Please fill out this form for anyone who will be guest speaking on behalf of the SC Johnson College of Business, either internally or externally.

Each year hundreds of alumni and corporate guests are invited by faculty, staff, and students to participate as speakers in course lectures and activities organized by the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. The office of external relations, in partnership with the Deans and AA&D, would like to share and promote our superior industry engagement. By filling out this form, your guest speaker information will be stored in the college's instance of Salesforce, allowing anyone with Salesforce access to report on this information moving forward.

If you are interested in running a report by any of the various data points being collected on this form, they are available in Salesforce. If you do not have access or would like our help in creating a report, please send an email to the address below.

Important:

Relationship Manager (new!): We've added a new feature for faculty to identify themselves as the 'relationship manager' in Salesforce, if the individual is not tracked by AA&D. This means that if someone sees you are the 'relationship manager' on a contact in Salesforce and would like to reach out to them, they should talk to the faculty member listed as the 'relationship manager' first.

If any of the pull-down menus are missing values that you think should be added, please send the specific details to the email below.
